They were friendly, happy, kind to each other, and remarkable at what they do.  The young man who dropped his wrench into the reservoir, took his shirt off, went head first into the pond looking to find it under water, and did so with great fun.  Talk about going beyond the limits to find a solution!

      The crew got here within a few minutes after I sent you my earlier email.  They found the problem in minutes and fixed it on the spot.

I'I don't recall ever working with a staff that is absolutely and uniformly dedicated, skilled, and good spirited.  They love you, love the team, and love the work - even in a crazy busy season with all the staffing difficulties being experienced all over the economy today.
